Report Say Caitlyn Jenner To Be Charged With Manslaughter Next Week
According to new reports by DailyMail, Caitlyn Jenner could be charged with vehicular manslaughter as early as next week in connection to a February crash in Malibu, California that killed one person.
Speaking on the case, the lead detective told KABC that they plan to turn the results of the investigation over to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office next week, and will recommend Jenner be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. It will be up to the DA's office whether to charge Jenner with the crime.

The detective claims that the recommendation for the charge is based on how fast Jenner was going at the time of the crash, a speed they believe was unsafe. One woman was killed and seven others injured when Jenner rear-ended a Lexus on February 7.
A Toyota Prius had come to a stop in the intersection for unknown reasons, and then Jenner slammed into the Lexus waiting to move behind the Prius. At the time, Jenner was driving a Cadillac Escalade towing a trailer, and the impact of her SUV on the Lexus forced the car into southbound traffic where it collided head on with a Hummer. The driver of the Lexus, Kimberly Howe, was killed.
In the aftermath of the crash, Howe's stepchildren filed a lawsuit against Jenner, saying she was driving at an unsafe speed and that her negligence cause the 69-year-old's death. When interviewed by police after the crash, Jenner told them that she was being followed by paparazzi but was not trying to evade them. There were also reports that Jenner was on her phone at the time of the crash, something her lawyer has denied.
In California, the maximum sentence for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter is one year in jail.

Hackers Exposes Identity of 32million Cheating Spouses on Infidelity Website AshleyMadison
Today is indeed a bad day for millions of cheating spouses. 32 million of them, who are registered users to adultery website AshleyMadison.com, are currently looking for a good alibi after hackers released their names, email and street addresses, phone numbers and credit-card details on the dark Web.
The data dump comes one month after the website's parent company, Avid Life Media, confirmed a "criminal intrusion" into its system. The website connects people looking to have an extramarital affair.
Going by the name "The Impact Team," the hacker or hackers said the breach was spurred by a
disagreement with Avid Life Media's business practices, specifically a "full delete" feature. For $19, the company allows repentant cheaters to scrub their information from the website.
"Full Delete netted ALM $1.7mm in revenue in 2014. It’s also a complete lie," the Impact Team wrote after the hack last month.
"Users almost always pay with credit card; their purchase details are not removed as promised, and include real name and address, which is of course the most important information the users want removed."
Business practices aside, the hacker or hackers also had another message:
"Too bad for those men, they’re cheating dirtbags and deserve no such discretion...Too bad for ALM, you promised secrecy but didn't deliver."
So they gave an ultimatum to AshleyMadison's owners - take the website, and its sister site, Established Men, down or they'll blow everyone's cover.
The Ashley Madison site is still up and running.
A statement posted on Avid Life Media's website said "this event is not an act of hacktivism, it is an act of criminality."
"It is an illegal action against the individual members of AshleyMadison.com, as well as any freethinking people who choose to engage in fully lawful online activities. The criminal, or criminals, involved in this act have appointed themselves as the moral judge, juror, and executioner, seeing fit to impose a personal notion of virtue on all of society.
“We will not sit idly by and allow these thieves to force their personal ideology on citizens around the world. We are continuing to fully cooperate with law enforcement to seek to hold the guilty parties accountable to the strictest measures of the law," the statement said.
Established in 2012, AshleyMadison.com says on its homepage that it is "the most famous name in infidelity and married dating." Currently, the site claims nearly 40 million users.

Mr. Augustine Daniel, A 36 year-old suspected ritualist, died mysteriously in his room at Igbalaye street in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
Neigbours of the deceased allegedly found him dead in his sitting room with one bottle of Seaman Schnapp, bottle of Jik, knife and two dead fowls.
The remains of the deceased have since been deposited at the State Specialist Hospital Akure for further examination.
Eyewitnesses said around 11 a.m on Sunday, the deceased’s wife, Folake raised an alarm over his death.
His neighbours disclosed that the deceased until his death, had turned his apartment to a shrine.
They added that Daniel, who claimed to be an auxiliary nurse, had always engaged in abortions.
He reportedly always threatened his neighbours with charms anytime they confronted him on his evil activities.
Members of Daniel’s family stopped reporters from speaking with the deceased’s wife.
The Police Public Relation Officer, Mr. Wole Ogodo, while confirmed the incident said the matter had been transferred to the state Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for proper investigation.

;A 22-year-old man was left trapped in a washing machine for three hours. Firefighters were called to the property in Sydney, Australia, after the man was discovered trapped up to his waist by his parents.
According toSydney Herald,Fire crews had to dismantle the washing machine during a rescue operation which took more than an hour.
The man - who reportedly has mild autism - was taken to hospital to be checked over.

This Two Okada Men Were Burnt To Death For Stealing (graphic Photo)
ungle justice was meted out to two suspected motorcycle snatchers by a mob at Mararaba near Abuja recently.
City News learnt that one of the suspected thieves was set ablaze around Sharp Corner, near the Abuja - Keffi expressway, while the other was beaten to death with dangerous objects in Kabayi area.
The two men believed to be in their 30s, were said to be members of a notorious gang that specialised in snatching commercial motorcycles popularly called okada.
Witnesses said scenes of the incidents were deserted for fear of police arrest.
The witness said thieves operating in groups, have since been terrorising okada riders and causing panic in the neighbourhood.
A witness, who simply identified himself as Mr. Dan, told City News: “I can’t tell you how many okada riders have since fallen victim. These thieves have snatched many okada and they are ever ready to snatch more.”
The witness alleged that the suspects killed some of the riders in the process, “Many of the bikes were bought on hire purchase for as much as N180,000. How do you think the riders or owners can pay this money when the okadas are snatched from them?”
He said luck ran out on the suspects when they tried to escape with a snatched motorcycle. They were tracked by mobs at different locations, he said.
Another witness, Mama Paul, said she didn’t support jungle justice, but the criminal activities of the suspects have become incessant and disturbing to push the mob to that extent.
An okada rider, who pleaded anonymity, said people were tired of seeing the suspects back in the streets few days after their arrest by security operatives. He said that must have led to the mob action instead of reporting to law enforcement agencies.
Reacting to the development, a police source who would not want to be named, said that the police were working within the ambits of the law, and did not release suspects anyhow, but charged them to court after gathering substantial evidence.
At the ‘A’ Division Police Station Mararaba, an officer who does not want his name in print, confirmed the incident and said no arrest was made as both scenes were deserted and nobody came for the dead suspects, adding that the bodies were evacuated and deposited in the mortuary.
