An artist, Smart Owie, shot by police during the demolition of the
Artistes Village at the National Theatre, Lagos, said he was being
denied treatment by hospitals because he had no police report.

News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Owie was shot in his right

they do not recognise the passports being issued by the Movement for the

WTF - Pastor arrested for raping 14-year-old stepdaughter
A 42-year-old cleric, Pastor Chidiebere Ikpa, has been arrested for allegedly
raping his stepdaughter, Ngozi (pseudonym), in the Surulere area of the
state.
Ikpa, who denied the allegation, told PUNCH Metro that
it was a neighbour, whom he identified only as Richard, that defiled
the 14-year-old girl, but he decided not to report the matter to the
police because he (Ikpa) had a forgiving character.

Dammy Krane and Wizkid fight at Quilox club (Photos)
The two were said to be sitting on the same table with Obafemi Martin and others when the fight broke out. They said Wizkid didn't like a comment Dammy Krane made at the table and without warning, punched Dammy in the face, some claim he hit Dammy with a glass cup. Dammy picked up a bottle and threw it at Wizkid but missed and before he could do anything else, others got involved and separated the two. Club owner Shina Peller then took them to his office to settle issues.
The two music artists are yet to say anything about the incident on their respective social media pages..

Suspended Ughelli LGA Chairman Wanted By Police In Delta State Shopping Mall Crisis
Delta state Police Command has declared Hon. Henry Baro, the suspended chairman of Uvwie LGA of the State wanted over a reported violent attack and looting of Shoprite Shopping Mall by suspected armed hoodlums in Warri, last week Friday .
The Delta State Police Command also in the same vein declared wanted by
the police, one Mr. Napoleon Odibu, who is the Chairman of the National
Union of Road Transport Workers, at Efurun Motor Park in Warri, the oil
rich City .
The Commissioner of Police in the State, Mr. Alkali Usman, who made this declaration, at a media briefing in Asaba, the State Capital, said; police investigation into the said attack however revealed the complicities of the embattled suspended Local Government Chairman (Henry Baro) and Napoleon Odibu .
Mr. Usman added that the two above mentioned persons allegedly mobilized armed hoodlums who attacked the shopping Mall, injuring customers , staff and destroying properties within the Shoprite Shopping Mall, Warri.
He said the hoodlums subsequently went on rampage affter the reported looting, shooting sporadically & in the process, one Afor Emero was hit and killed by stray bullets.
The Commissioner of Police, therefore, declared both Hon. Baro and Odibu wanted, urging members of the public with useful information that would lead to them been apprehended to contact the nearest police station within the State.
