Ms Bright has sparked controversy again when she commented on a Ghanaian
show, that God does not create disabled people. She put all the blame
for physical defects on parents rather than the Creator.
After watching the show, one visually impaired student of the University
of Ghana wrote a letter to the actress attempting to point out the
inaccuracies in her statement, perhaps get her to realise how such a
sentiment as that she espoused might be cruel to the sensibilities of
people with disabilities and their parents.
Bibi Bright's response to the blind student was very shocking, and described by some as cruel.
